I made this soup yesterday and what a hit it was. lol It was still great though. I would like to make this, but for 2 of us it's a lot. Trying this tomorrow. It yields nine servings, so after I cooked it to completion I divided the portions up into small containers, perfect for lunch on the go or dinner rush. It is to die for…. I just have to heat it up! Instead of a shallot I caramelized an onion and used that. Absolutely delicious! Ahhh, the memories of going there underage in college with this guy I was dating at the time. I do really like the idea of lasagna rolls though–I'll just have to stay with marinara sauce .
