Of course! Kids are encouraged to come and we’ll even have a kids section with face painting, cupcake decorating & more! Kids 5 and under are free with a paying adult (if you have 2 kids, need 2 paying adults, etc)

Once tickets are available for purchase, you can buy them directly on your city’s page about halfway down. Alternatively you can also purchase them directly on Eventbrite’s website by searching for “Dessert Week”

Like a dream! You get a card when you check in and once you redeem a specific vendor’s dessert, they will stamp you… and in the famous words of Jay-Z, “on to the next one” you go!

There is underground parking underneath Pershing Square. $7 for all day parking. If you arrive and parking is sold out there, there are a few other parking lots within a couple blocks. We’re also across the street from the Metro (Pershing Square exit) so if it’s convenient, use that instead. We’re also bike friendly and/or encourage ride share with Uber/Lyft as great options.

General Admission gets you into the event and you can purchase full portions of dessert from any vendor(s) of your choice.

“The Sampler” gets you a sampling card which will provide samples from every single vendor. We’re only selling a limited amount of sampling cards (2,500 to be exact) and sold out in 2016 so please make sure you get your tickets soon! This is a great way to try a little bit of EVERYTHING!

VIP gets you everything from The Sampler + a special VIP area with seating, shaded umbrellas, chocolate covered strawberries, free glass of champagne and exclusive desserts not available for purchase anywhere else. Best of all, the desserts come to you by one of our friendly waitresses. Only ~200 VIP passes available.

You’ll be able to purchase full portions of desserts from just about every single vendor. Supplies are limited so the earlier you arrive, the better.

We’re big on entertainment. We will have a live DJ who will be feeding off the crowd’s energy to provide good music for everyone. We’ll also be having cupcake decorating demo, pie eating contest, and other cool, dessert related activities. We’ll have a full schedule of events once we’re a bit closer to the event date.

Wouldn’t be an event without alcohol. What pairs better with your favorite dessert than a nice sparkling champagne or cocktail? Nothing, that’s what! We’ll also have non-alcoholic drinks available throughout the venue as well!

We will have savory snacks available for purchase to balance out some of the sweetness. We’ll also have full meals available so come hungry.

Aside from being part of an amazing dessert festival, all volunteers get a Dessert Week t-shirt, free lunch, free parking and entrance to the event either before or after their shift, along with a mini-sampler card! Woohoo!
